STATUS: Construction

Millington, TN CBOC

This is a new build-to-suit lease of a 40,000 sqft Community Based Outpatient Clinic to meet the healthcare needs of Veterans in the region north of Memphis, TN. The Clinic will create more than 120 jobs in the local market and treat more than 20,000 Veterans per year. From an economic development perspective, it is located in the newest commercial sector of Millington and will act as a driver of traffic and revenue for local retail, restaurants and lodging. Dublin EDT purchased a recently closed elementary school from the local school system. We collaborated with the VA to arrive on a plan that called for demolition of the building and construction of a new state of the art CBOC. Once complete, it will provide more medical services than any facility outside of the hospital in the local area. Construction completion is scheduled for 4Q25.

Dublin EDT worked closely with City leadership to select a site that aligned with Economic Development Planning and the VA's strategic objective of being located within closing proximit of a major medical facility as well as amenities the VA prefers. The project is a great example of how strong collaboration between local jurisdictions, VA Clinic Developers, and the VA can result in a highly impactful clinic that provides benefit to all stakeholders involved.

STATUS: Construction

Prestonsburg, KY CBOC

This is a 14,000 sqft Community Based Outpatient Clinic that will provide primary care, women’s health, optometry, mental health counseling, telehealth, imaging, lab services and a pharmacy. Dublin EDT worked closely with Prestonsburg City Leadership to identify the site, which sits next door to City Hall, the Fire Station and the Emergency Medical Response team. The site is right in the middle of Prestonsburg's commercial district and has proximity to restaurants, retail, lodging and a myriad of city services; all of which are considered amenities by the VA. In turn, the VA will drive considerable car and foot traffic through the Downtown Prestonsburg area providing an economic boost to local business owners and an increase to the property tax base. Construction completion is scheduled for 3Q25.

STATUS: Operation

Rumford, ME CBOC

This is an operational 8,000 sqft Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Rumford, ME, which is about an hour and a half north of Portland, ME. The Clinic is a major part of the revitalized downtown area of Rumford where it:

-serves thousands of Veterans each year

-drives traffic to their downtown area during the middle of the day when they want it most; and

-it materially increased their tax base to support other Town services.

Dublin EDT worked hand in hand, with the Town leadership, from site selection through design, permitting, and construction over a 4 year period. The project is a great example of how strong collaboration between local jurisdictions, VA Clinic Developers, and the VA can result in a highly impactful clinic that provides benefit to all stakeholders involved.
